Write in a place that's relaxing and soothing, maybe with a cup of tea. Look forward to your journaling time. And know that you're doing something good for your mind and body. I am afraid of wasting time, that I am not using my day to the fullest. I avoid what I have to do! my assignments. I want to earn a lot of money travel the world. Make my parents proud. I am at calm right now, in my isolation, I feel when I step out I will carry forward this energy into my day. NO MASTURBATION, not avoiding it but trying not to do too much. INSTAGRAM DETOX.
