Mental Coercion A Closed Loop
Mental coercion is a closed loop!!you try to encounter a work, if you manage to finish a work in time then you may exit the loop(who knows exactly) rest, you have to take a break when you'll somehow try to forget the work and then return back to do it feeling much more stressed then before and now there will be much more pressure on you to do the work in that stressed mind, and you again tries to complete the work and the process repeats itself.
First of all let's find out what exactly teases your mind;
When you have a work to do and you fix your mind to do that(following the norms of being an ideal machine(sorry human) which has to work in order to survive, no not just to earn money or living but to keep himself accompanied ,or else 80 years is a long time, people fade but work stays ),you exert pressure on your mind and if somehow you postpone the work to the next day or so then you are further increasing the load on your mind which makes you bounded in the loop.
Now how to exit that state which seems inexorable(impossible to break through)?
one way to break the chain is to complete the task in a go, which very few can .Reason is we wish to finish more and more in a single sitting some maybe able to do that but most of us would be rather exhausted after doing so much or would rather start procastinating .Therefore it is advisable to break the work into smaller segments like you want to start exercising daily ,start with one pushup a day. Other way is that you control your breaks, deciding what you'll do and what you shall see .Returning back to the work in a short time would help because some part of your brain would be still tangled in the task (which shall now be resumed, not restarted, restarting would again exert stress in your brain).
Point Explained well....
